Along with the developing of commodity economy and the gradual prosperous of market economy, the product packaging is obtained the fast developing for the production growing demand. And carton packaging has an important market in the packaging industry, carton packaging machines have been widely applied and developed as important packaging equipment in the contemporary.In this thesis, the carton packaging machine production line of the Guangzhou Zhujiang Brewery Co., Ltd. as the object of study, by analyzing the state of the old devices, combined with the actual needs of the production problems in the equipments, to be improving and making the equipment to obtain the great benefit. The major study of the thesis is as follows: 1. The overview of carton packaging is studied and analysed. The development prospects of carton packaging machines are compared with the existence's several kind of packaging and established the position of carton packaging. On the problems of the equipment used to conduct analysis to determine the transformation of the causes and transformed to achieve results.2. The machine system has been analyzing in detail, including the technical process and the machinery as well as control system.3. The new system is designed in the thesis. It is also including: procedure design, structure proposal of PLC control system as well as hardware configuration. To the high-speed counting module FM350-1 characteristic, working pattern, I/O connection as well as programming carry on the researches. In the programming, carries on the analysis explanation to the part important procedure, and the procedure imitates is debugging. Realizes using the human-computer interfaces to the equipment the control and the surveillance.4. Uses Simens OP270 in this design, carries on the interface system design using WINCC.Design of seven primary interfaces in all, including: main interface, reference screen, automatic screen, manual screen, help screen, parameters screen, warning screen. Realizes between the man-computer interface and the PLC communication through the variable, and use the imitation of WINCC to imitate.5. Does is the minute bottle system which an independent system considered, uses the SEW servo drive system, realizes the minute bottle accuracy control. Through the half bottle principle, the researching system of the system principles carries on the hardware design and the software compilation as well as the parameter establishment to the equipment. The system carries on the debugging optimization is designed. As a stand-alone system to consider the sub-bottle system, use the SEW servo drive system to achieve precise control of sub-bottle. By sub-bottle theory, theory-driven understanding of the equipment hardware and software are developed, and parameters are set. And debug the system after the design is optimized.By the Carton Packaging Machine control system is re-designed and system is been debugging. The qualitative are improved from the function or the efficiency after renew the old system. The new control systems are more stable and easier to use. It is satisfied the production completely requirement.
