The Research Of Chinese Bio-Diplomacy In The Visual Threshold Of Developing Ecological Civilization

Industrial Age remained old way for 300 years till the 21st century while the mankind is entering ecological civilization period. The character of Industrial Age is human conquers nature, on the contrary, the ethical principles in ecological civilization period are:to have respect for life and human dignity, to promote human interests, to defend social just and ecological balance. Ecological civilization period is usually called "Energy and Environment Technology" period by the scientific community. This means that a new revolution and the pattern of the world will be changed. Developed countries seize resources in an exploitative way with constant renovation means. The environmental problem is getting more and more serious, the gap between the North and the South is getting greater and greater. Those are the background of the research. Chinese Bio-diplomacy has become one hot topic of the academic researches in recent years.China, as the largest developing country, the level of ecological civilization has the direct bearing on the common interests of mankind. In the report of 17th National Congress of the Community Party of China, ecological civilization is defined as the goal of the construction of a well-off society. Chinese eco-civilization construction has greatly progressed not only in conserving energy resources but also in develop low-carbon economy. Eco-civilization construction thought is a sublimation of our country s scientific development and harmonious development notions, and is a new development of Marxian theory. Chinese eco-civilization construction should take as a whole both the inside and the outside. However, Chinese scholars in the field of eco-civilization construction theory study are not systematic or deeply enough so that the method does not embody with Chinese characteristics in Bio-diplomacy. With respect to education in ideology and politics, there are still some defects in ecological awareness and education.In this article, the research of Chinese bio-diplomacy in the visual threshold of developing ecological civilization focuses on the cultural historic origin and take a systematically summarization. By comparison the policy of bio-diplomacy among main representative of countries, the author tries to find the suitable way for the national conditions using Marxist scientific methodology and scientific mode of thinking. It can provide reference for policy-making and sustainable development. At the same time, it can propel ecological education in the filed of ideological and political education.
