Because of the automotive industry develop in environment protection,comfort,safety and energy-saving direction, the light weight design of automobile is changed very important. As the very important part of automobile, the hub supports the body part. The capability of the hub is affect the life-span,appearance,security and comfort of the automobile.Because of the pretty appearance,high intensity,elimination of heat,light weight and small inertia resistance, the A-alloy hub replaced the steel hub became the labeling of high-grade automobile.As an advanced manufacturing technology, power spinning is also applied widely in the automobile hub production, the automobile hub powering spinning forming is a very intricate plastic forming process. To investigate the forming law of automobile hub power spinning forming, the power spinning of Automobile hub FEM model has been established by means of finite element theory based and technology analysis. The power spinning forming process of automobile hub is simulated use software ABAQUS/Explicit, and the distribution regularity of stress and strain for every pass forming have been obtained. The flow law and plastic deformation mechanism of forming zone have been analyzed. It is the use theoretical basis to research rub spinning process and optimize the process parameter collectedly.The automobile hub power spinning of different process parameter has been simulated in this paper. The effects of various parameters such as force down of roller, feed ratio, radius of roller's round and rotational speed of mould on quality and precision size of automobile hub have been obtained. It is the useful basis to research the defect such as expansion scab scale, pulvinated of blank, disparity of wall thickness and the locus in blank face in the process of automobile hub forming, and the reasons for them have been put forward.The appropriate process parameters have been selected by basing on the results of the numerical simulated. By using orthogonal design method in the distribution of those parameters, the paper has carried out optimizing the process parameter. In virtue of degree of inner diameter deviation and wall thickness deviation, the influence of spinning forming quality which was bought about by force down of roller, feed ratio, radius of roller's round and rotational speed of mould have been studied with the method of orthogonal experiment, the best appropriate matching process parameters have been achieved in the field of the elective parameters.
