With continuous oil and gas resources exploitation, drilling develops to deeper formation,The use for ultra-deep drilling rig is becoming necessity. As the important component of righoisting equipments——derrick and substructure, which play an important role in drillingoperation. Different from ordinary rig, ultra-deep drilling rig working environment is evenworse, nominal drilling depth and equipment, a significant increase in weight, derrick andsubstructure to withstand the static load and dynamic load greater. The strength and securityfor derrick and substructure is the protection of drilling to be normal, therefore, study onstatic and dynamic characteristics of ultra-deep drilling rig derrick and substructure isnecessary.In this paper, ZJ90/6750DB ultra-deep drilling rig derrick and substructure for theresearch object, according to its structural features, application ANSYS finite elementanalysis software to complete mechanical model derrick and substructure-building.Based on the latest API Spec 4F " Specification for Drilling and Well ServicingStructures" in the payload design principles, focusing on selected conditions 1a, condition 2,and working conditions 3a, the completion of drilling rigs and static characteristics ofsubstructure of the overall analysis, obtained the structure of the stress distribution anddeformation, and gives the safety factor. Finally, according to analysis of staticcharacteristics,evaluate the structural safety level of derrick and substructure as a whole.Research on dynamic characteristics of derrick and substructure as a whole. Analysis ofthe vibration characteristics of the structure, obtain natural vibration frequencies and modalshape. Complete the structure in a cyclical load and impact loads of harmonic response andtransient dynamic response, obtain the dynamic response of the law of incentive points.Completion of structural buckling analysis to determine the structure of the instability of theform and the limit load. Introduce the theory of seismic response spectrum and characteristics, with the seismicbuilding standards, complete ZJ90/6750DB ultra-deep drilling rig derrick and substructure ofthe seismic analysis, obtain the structure displacements and internal forces to respond underthe earthquake excitation.Describe the derrick and substructure of the lifting principle and mechanical analysis.Establish the three-dimensional model for derrick and the base with Pro/E, complete theraising process dynamic analysis for derrick and substructure with ADAMS, a mechanicalsystem dynamics analysis software, the dynamic response is obtained during the raisingprocess.
