Study Of Ecological Civilization Construction With Chinese Characteristics

Ecological issues have been concerned by the ideologists and philosophers as a universalhuman problem since ancient times. It is concerned. When human entered the industrialsociety, people enjoyed the rich fruits of industrial civilization, but, at the same time, also hadto endure kinds of tragedy and pain brought by industrial civilization. At the present time,ecological issues has become the shackle of human survival and development, ecologicalcivilization built has been an important global issue, and is concerned by the theorists of eachsubject. Now in China, it is more practical and urgency to investigate the issue. After 30 yearsreform and opening-up, China is moving forward to a industrial society with big pace. Whilethe industrial index continue to achieve the goal of industrial society, the environmental issuebecome more prominent when it make brilliant achievements in the economy, and it hasbecome social and economic development constraints. If not promptly take effective measures,the environment issue will largely offset the results that the economic construction and reformopening up achieved. In this context, the CPC Central Committee put forward the concept ofecological civilization and scientific development. But in China, ecological issues have more complex causes stimulatinginfluence among demographic factors, social factors, historical factors, economic factors,concept factors, and institutional factors etc. Therefore it is a multi-faceted, multi-factorcomplex system issue.According the causes of ecological issues, based on Marxist viewpoint and method stand, this article critically assimilate eco-criticism of the Traditional Chinese thought and WesternMarxist ecological theory. Also this paper developing the useful and discarding the useless ofecology center and modern humans center theories. Author trying to reconstruct the Marxistecological relationships and put in a new ecological civilization direction, it is an ecologicalcivilization construction under the guidance of scientific concept of development.Under the guidance of scientific development concept, to implement the ecologicalcivilization construction need to match following policies: 1. setting up a pluralisticecological value with Chinese characteristics; 2. build a pluralistic system to ensure thesustainable utilization of the ecology with Chinese characteristics. Only thus, economicsustainable development can be reach in China.
