To improve energy efficiency and give the relevant technical measures, carried out the efficiency diagnosis and test analysis for cooling system based on actual operating conditions of ice-cooling system in Tangkou Mine, pointed out the reasons that result in low energy efficiency of mine cooling system.By testing and calculating the ground refrigerating system, pointed out the mean COP are 4.34 and 3.84, mean refrigerating capacity are 435kW and 605kW of the two-stage pre-cooling refrigeration units, the mean refrigerating capacity is 1235kW, the mean COP is 1.13 and the max COP is 1.93 of the ice-making compassor. The temperature of the cold airflow for pneumatic ice is high.based on the test result and gained the conclusion that the total refrigerating capacity and COP are both low, and the reasons for low energy efficiency are the small opening of the screw chiller unit and the poor conditions of heat exchanger because of the serious scaling both the cooling tower and evaperativing condenser. By the testing and diagnosis of the ice-melting system, chilled water pipeline and the air coolers, pointed out the utilization ratio of the chilled water is not more than 40%, the efficiency of the cold water for the air cooler is less than 60%, and the total efficiency is below 21% of the underground pipelines. At last the utilization ratio of the system for mine is not over 20% considered the coodling loss of the main shaft. Pointed out the defaults of the former cooling system, such as the overflowing and short circuit of the ice-melting poor, contradiction of the water demand between cooling and other uses, the demand and supply of cooling for the working and heading face are not consistent. All these factors seriously affected the transmission efficiency and cooling effect of cooling.Considering above, put forward the corresponding technical measures for refrigeration equipment on the ground to improve the energy efficiency coefficient of refrigeration equipment, and the reconstruct scheme for the ice-melting tank has been proposed, which completely prevent the short circuit of the cold water overflow; Through the simple adjustment of chilled water pipelines in this paper, the original pipline system is to be changed into closed water supply and opening backwater multi-purpose system, the effective utilization of cold water has been improved to 100%, and the contradiction between the inconsistent of supply and demand for working or heading face and multi-purpose water supply. while mining area can effectively solve the cold water supply is inconsistent with the contradiction between the multi-purpose. The significance of the research is that a large number of data based on the mine cooling system has been obtained through field investigation, and has provided valuable technical reference for the control of thermal disaster in deep mine and the operation, design and management of cooling system.
