With the development of modern science and technology, digital photogrammetry technology is more widely used. This paper studies digital photogrammetry technology to upgrade equipment in the mining application, and its principle is using the formation of moire grating. Moire grids can amplify the small displacement with high rate. Two-grating interferometer produces moire grids, The superposition of the grating measured in different periods and reference grating can show moire fringe moving. The moire fringe movement has corresponding relations with grating moving, at the same time moire grids can amplify the small displacement with high rate and can average the effect to grating errors. Using these characteristics of moire fringes and the artificial target, we can measure the small deformation of mining application. Based on the application of theory and practice, this paper mainly solves the following issues:Ether equal or unequal grating pitches can format moire fringe, but only moire fringe that equal grating pitches format is proportional to grating pitch, which is convenient to compute and measure. Camera pixel size and camera focal length are known, according to different object distance we can calculate corresponding grating pitch. The paper compares numerical and theoretical results, to determine the feasibility of moire fringes'application. The camera is fixed in experiment, ensure the level accuracy and maintain the unity of CCD and mark, select the object distance and take photos, In order to get a clear image moire, we use image processing software to correct images.Simply measuring the moire fringe is not able to meet the measurement accuracy. We need to electronic sub-moire fringes in order to obtain higher accuracy and resolution. This paper studies electronic subdivision technology, so that reach high and accurate efficiency in measuring moire fringe.Using MAP-AT software to calibrate camera in library can get the internal orientation elements. In lift technique deformation monitoring, it need calculate the camera's exterior orientation elements. This paper makes a baseline control frame, and measures the signs. Bring it into image when taking photos, and can conveniently determine exterior orientation elements.It needs to fix camera and take photos to ensure firm scale, and set camera control network to ensure fixed-point. Camera control network locates in the deformation zone. In order to reduce the point displacement of the camera control network, it needs to establish strict deformation monitoring network and select the appropriate adjustment method. To conduct rigorous adjustment with Rank Defect Free Network and to optimally design the deformation monitoring networks can achieve the requirements of the subject.
