With the rapid development of science and society,a large number of printing products rush to the market.With the development of printing technology,the level of counterfeiting has been improved.At the same time the information security has been seriously threatened.Printing security technology has been paid more and more attention,especially in the field of food,securities and packaging.The existing printing anti-counterfeiting methods mainly focus on ink,paper and so on.These methods rely heavily on equipment and materials,which increases the cost and limits the widespread popularization.Moire magnification technology plays its role in the designing and processing of prepress stage,so it will not increase the inherent cost of printing process.However,there are also some problems of this technology,such as the poor processing of micro-information and the major character of one-dimension magnification.Therefore,based on moire theory and human visual system,one-dimensional,two-dimensional and three-dimensional magnification models of micro-information have been proposed.And their related applications have been clarified.(1)Relevant model for one-dimensional magnification technology of micro-information and its applicationBased on moire theory,the formation mechanism of moire was studied.The parameter relationship among micro information,revealing grating and magnified moire was obtained by considering human visual system.The optimal model for one-dimensional magnification of micro-information was established and verified.The effect of one-dimensional magnification of micro-information was evaluated by both subjective and objective evaluation.On this basis,the multiple information application and distortion application were carried out,which improved the confidentiality of micro-information.(2)Relevant model for two-dimensional magnification technology of micro-information and its applicationBy considering the relationship between the line width of micro-information and the distance between the light transmitting parts of revealing grating units,the two-dimensional magnification model of micro-information was established.The model was verified by relevant experiments.The effect of the two-dimensional magnification of micro-information was evaluated by both subjective and objective evaluation.On this basis,the two-dimensional magnification technology of micro-information was used for disturbance application and inversion application to improve the anti-counterfeiting performance.(3)Relevant model for three-dimensional magnification technology of micro-information and its applicationOn the basis of one-dimensional magnification effect of micro-information,shadow information was added to make the magnified moire with three-dimensional effect.Firstly,in this paper the location of shadow information was optimized.And the selection of the horizontal and vertical position of shadow information was clarified.Secondly three kinds of three-dimensional magnification methods of micro-information were proposed,which were the three-dimensional magnification method of the base layer with shadow information,the revealing grating with shadow information and double grating with image potential difference.The three methods were verified by experiments.The results show that the three methods all can add shadow information without affecting the original moire magnification effect.And the three methods all achieved the three-dimensional magnification effect of micro-information.Lastly,for the three-dimensional magnification technology of micro-information,the color normalization application was applied to increase the anti-counterfeiting factors.In this paper,by the research of micro-information magnification technology,we have illuminated the one-dimensional,two-dimensional and three-dimensional magnification effect of micro-information and their related extended applications based on moire theory and human visual system.This technology mainly relies on prepress technology processing.It has less dependence on materials.And its cost is lower.It can increase the added value of anti-counterfeiting printing and has certain practical application value in the field of printing.
