At present, mining machinery robot technology has become an important direction of development. Roadheader robot production is much more large-scale, multi-functional, automated and intelligent. The hydraulic control technology determines the level of working performance of roadheader robot,improve the hydraulic control technology as a major research goals.According to the process of roadheader robot research, detailed analysis of the characteristics of its condition. For constant power control, load sensing and pressure compensation control theory for analysis. And the use of axial piston variable pump and chip multi-channel high-voltage load-sensing valve designed a strong practical load sensing and pressure compensation hydraulic control system for robotic excavation.Use the AMESim software to establish the system model , the characteristics of the hydraulic system dynamic simulation analysis, validate the rationality of the system design, in order to improve the hydraulic control system and provides a reference to further optimize. In addition, an overview of the roadheader robot control system, clear hydraulic system's role in the overall control, as well as linkages, in order to further provide a basis for the overall design.
