Moving ahead style support equipment is used in mechanized excavation face,can effectively coordinate boring machine,drilling rigs and other equipment to achieve dig bolt anchor synchronous operation,to ensure a new TBM advance support equipment for continuous operation.Based on the working process of this new advance support equipment and support requirements,its hydraulic system design,it has a constant power control,pressure cut-off,load sensing and pressure compensation,and the hydraulic system and the dynamic characteristics of different external works the key circuit hydraulic system under the conditions of the analysis carried out to verify the reasonableness and reliability of the hydraulic system,to meet the requirement of advance support equipment.Specific research work is as follows:Firstly,the process of combining work advance support equipment,support requirements,and roadway conditions on the hydraulic system needed to achieve the technical requirements analysis,and in accordance with the technical requirements for advance support equipment hydraulic systems for the fluid loop,multi-valve circuit the key element to support loop,the loop goes,thruster and other key loop and the loop variable pump,multi-valve,various jacks and other design and analysis,so advance support equipment hydraulic systems with constant power control,pressure cut-off,load sensing and pressure compensation;Secondly,according to the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system,the establishment of a variable displacement pump,multi-valve,hydraulic cylinder and a mathematical model of the hydraulic system;again,the application AMESim simulation software to establish variable pump,multi-way valve and the hydraulic system critical circuits simulation models to verify the correctness of the variable displacement pump and multi-way valve simulation model and parameters of different load-sensing system and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder when the pressure compensating valve parameters,the key parameters of the hydraulic system is set to provide a theoretical basis in;Finally,based on the above calculations and studies to determine the key parameters of the hydraulic system,hydraulic system critical circuit simulation model to balance the jack and the column synchronized movement problems,the main and auxiliary support frame group synchronization problems and columns supporting the motion simulation process research and analysis,and its simulation results that the hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinder pressure,flow,displacement,velocity and other parameters characteristic curve analysis,the results indicate that the hydraulic system is designed in this paper has good dynamic characteristics,and can meet different advance support equipment use the external requirements of working conditions,indicating that the hydraulic system is reasonable and reliable.
