In this thesis, the synthesis of the dithiodipropionamide derivatives through Michael addition and amidation reaction were studied.4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one(Sea-nine 211),N,N'-2-octyl-propyl dithiophosphate paraxylene amide (OPD), N,N'-di-ethoxypropyl-dithiodipropionamide (EPD) and N,N'-di-butoxypropyl-dithiodipropionamide (BPD) were determined by the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the photochemical degradation progress of Sea-nine 211, OPD, EPD and BPD under high-pressure mercury lamp were reported.1. Three of the dithiodipropionamide derivatives were synthesized fromγ-ethoxy alanyl,γ-butoxy alanyl,2-methoxy-phenoxy andβ-dithio acid dimethyl, and their Molar ratio were 3:1, took 2.5 mL triethylamine as catalyst. Synthesized three compounds:EPD, BPD,N,N'-dimethoxy-phenoxy-ethyl amide-2-thio dipropionate (MPED). And another compound was from ethylamine and B-dithiobis (2-methyl-propionic acid) dimethyl, and their Molar ratio were 3:1, used 2.5 g 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as a catalyst, named N,N'-diethyl dithiobis (2-methyl-propionamide) (EMD). All structures of the four compounds testified by FTIR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, the suitable synthesis conditions have been studied and found out the optimal synthesis conditions as mentioned above.2. Sea-nine 211,N,N'-2-octyl-propyl dithiophosphate paraxylene amide (OPD), EPD and BPD were determined by the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), determined the detection limit and quantitative restrictions of Sea-nine 211, OPD, BPD and EPD, and studied the system suitability. The precision and repeatability of the four compounds were measured (RSD<2%). The standard linear curves for quantitative were trusted, and R was more than 0.999. 3. This paper reported the photochemical degradation progress of Sea-nine 211, OPD, EPD and BPD under high-pressure mercury lamp, used HPLC method to determine the residual concentration of the four compounds in this conditions. Results showed that Sea-nine 211, OPD, EPD and BPD were degradated pronouncedly under high-pressure mercury lamp. The degradation progress followed first-order kinetics, and was more rapid in lower concentration and higher light intensity.
