this dissertation focus on fully utilizing the unique characteristics of nano-materials and modern electrochemical technology to prepare several novel small biomolecules electrochemical biosensors, developing sensitive, selective detection methods. The dissertation includes four chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the properties and research of nano-materials. A review is given on the electrochemical study of CNTs biosensors, including their importance and development. Puting forward the idea of this paper.Chapter 2: This work demonstrates gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)/functionalized multiwall carbon nanotubes (f-MWCNT) composite film modified gold electrode via covalent-bonding interaction self-assembly technique for electrochemical properties of salsolinol, and firstly applied for simultaneous determination of salsolinol (Sal) and uric Acid (UA) in presence of high concentration of ascorbic acid (AA).Chapter 3: we have investigated electroseparation of salsolinol and uric acid at gold electrode modified with CdSe nanoparticles (CdSeNPs) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The electrooxidation signal of Sal and UA can be well distinguished in CV. Chapter 4 : Gold nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the surface of MWCNTs modified GCE. Then the modified electrode was applied for the firstly simultaneous determination of salsolinol and serotonin. The modified electrode exhibits excellent voltammetric response for Sal and serotonin.Chapter 5 : this work have prepared poly (vinyl) sulfonic potassium salt (PVS)/single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) composite film modified electrode, and investigated the electrochemical behavior of dopamine and uric acid in the presence of excess ascorbic acid using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques. The practical analytical utility of the PVS/SWCNTs modified electrode was demonstrated by the measurement of DA in blood samples. The proposed method shows good sensitivity and selectivity.
