EU September 11, 2003 published in 2002 / 61 Decree stipulates that all conditions in the reduction of carcinogenic aromatic amines released from azo dyes are banned, will also be banned azo dyes of the test as a national mandatory Standard GB 18401-2003 "National Safety Technical Code for Textile Products," an important test items, for the detection of banned azo dyes in textiles, production and sale is prohibited. However, China's textile and garment manufacturing industry overall level of awareness of ecological textiles is not high, many companies interested in pursuing fabric colors, functional effects, with little consideration of environmental protection, safety factors. In order to ensure the ecological safety of textiles, need to further strengthen the detection of banned azo dyes for textiles. However, as our product variety, production volume of the textile industry, the current testing capacity is limited azo, can not meet the test requirements. Therefore, we should strive to improve the detection of banned azo dyes ability to promote the development of ecological textiles.Firstly, the current detection of banned azo dyes textile technology were reviewed, and in previous work, based on the optimization process, the first liquid-liquid extraction method used to replace the high cost of rapid qualitative, long time solid phase extraction method. When confronted with positive samples, and then tested using traditional methods, some simple sample matrix can be directly used for processing liquid-liquid extraction method. 4 - aminoazobenzene unstable and easily decomposed into aniline and 1,4 - diaminobenzene. In this paper, the control from the chemical reaction and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography / diode array detector (HPLC / DAD) combined with two aspects of the 4 - amino-azobenzene and detection methods.
