The Study On Safety Culture Construction Of Coal Enterprice And Evaluation Indicatiors System

Culture of corporate can reflect objectives of business development and make the values of employees and corporate integrated. For the coal mining enterprises, the corporate atmosphere of a strong safety culture can directly affect the level of employees for the safe production of the attitudes and behavior. Therefore,based on《" everyone is a member of ventilation "theoretical system and practice of research"》research projects ,this paper make the coal mine safety culture construction and evaluation index system as the main content of the study.This article is divided into three parts: coal mine safety culture-building, establishing a safety culture evaluation system of coal mining enterprises and analysising the safety culture-building of tongmei group. Firstly, through reading,analysising the literature and combinating of safe production status in coal industry, present culture construction of coal mine safety status and construction enterprise security situation is summarized .Secondly,by studying the basis of the theory of safety culture, the definition of safety culture, the connotation of corporate safety culture and the level of the building corporate safety culture is mastered. Through reading about the safety culture literature, specific safety culture construcation of coal mining firm is grasped.Thirdly,starting from the optimization of the organizational form of coal mining enterprises, the contents, methods and objectives of the safety culture construction of coal mining enterprises is specifically addressed, and a coal mine safety culture system is formed.At the same time,the evaluation system model of coal mine safety cultural construction is established and the coal mine safety culture evaluation criteria is given. By using of analytic hierarchy process and according to the evaluation index system model, the structure of coal mine safety culture evaluation system model is established.Using 1-9 scale method, the mode structure of comparison matrix is determined.Using MATLAB software to determine comparison matrix, eigenvector is obtained and consistency test is conducted. Overall,this article give the reference of implementation and evaluation in coal corporate and furtherly guide safe culture construction development.
