Corporate Safety Culture In The Construction Of The Initial Planning Assessment Methods And Applications

Although the current safety in production situation has the change for the better but still sternly in our country, how to reduce the production safety accidents effectively and promote all the people's safety awareness is a big problem in the country development, which the theorists urgently await to be solved,and especially is the urgent need of our country society accord development.The construction of enterprise safety culture, realizes "person's essential safety",provides a fundamental way to solve this difficult problem,and that appraise the enterprise safety culture scientifically and objectively is not only a foundational work to construct the enterprise safety culture, simultaneously has also provided the concrete goal, the direction and the guide to action for the enterprise safety cultural construction.Based on the above viewpoint, this article, on the basis of analytical study on the existing literature material and the research results, has limited the existential state of two distinct modes of the enterprise safety culture, has constructed the initial appraisal system of the natural mode enterprise safety culture, has established the suitable appraisal model, and has conducted the initial appraisal empirical study on the goal enterprise safety culture. The innovations of this article are as follows:(1)Cognition innovation, proposes the existential state of two distinct modes of the enterprise safety culture, and carries on the analysis to appraisal factors of the natural mode enterprise safety culture;(2)The investigation method innovation,discriminates investigation objects according to enterprise management's level,and chooses the appraisal method which corresponds with various levels,establishes correlation on evaluation contents among various levels,uses comprehensive and effective investigation method which subjective and objective,initiative and passive,qualitative and the quota unifies;(3)The statistical analysis method and the result application's innovation, do not carry on the status of judge purely through grades and gives the total score, but carries on relevant analysis among levels to the related questions, enables the survey result to reflect the surveyor's safety manner and the subjective understanding truly as far as possible.
