The Corporate Safety Culture Evaluation System Of The Tongchuan City Tobacco Company

As the State-owned enterprises,"the supremacy of national interests, the interests of consumers first"is the ChinaTobacco’s common values. As circulation enterprises, cigarette goods warehousing, sales, sorting, distribution and funding reflux is Tobacco companies’s business. Therefore the security of the cigarette of goods, people and capital is the lifeblood of the tobacco business enterprise. Only the importance of the security of operating, ensure that cigarette merchandise safe,that state-owned property and employees of the lives and property from losses, and consumers’ interests are not compromised,in order to achieve the industry value.At present, China’s tobacco industry mostly initially set up the system of corporate safety culture,by cultural import, promotion summed to enhance the three stages, but is still in the initial stage of the construction of the safety culture. To promote the development of the tobacco enterprise security culture, this paper first defined the concept of culture, safety culture and safety culture of the tobacco companies, and a comprehensive evaluation of the safety culture of the tobacco companies elaborate. Secondly, on the basis of the theory, combined with the actual situation of the safety culture in the construction of the tobacco companies in Tongchuan City, using the analytic hierarchy method (AHP) to create a comprehensive evaluation index system of the tobacco enterprise security culture, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation method of Tongchuantobacco safety culture. Finally, through the evaluation concluded, and asked the author Suggestions for the Tongchuan tobacco safety culture construction.The innovation of this paper is that the introduction of tobacco enterprise corporate safety culture evaluation model and index system, the method can also be extended to other commercial enterprises in the tobacco industry, so as to achieve the actual level of analysis and evaluation of corporate safety culture, and to determine the safety of the enterprise culture constructionstrategic objectives has great significance.
