Problems which existing in ventilation system seriously threatens security and production in coal mine. Therefore, it is necessary to apply advanced technology and feasible optimized design scheme. In this paper, aim at actual problem that between return airway upper corner and gas vent range, the consistency of gas and oxygen may achieve explosion critical value, an emulational system based on actual data was built in Tunlan coal mine. With the emulational system, facts like wind speed, net construction, wind resistance per 100 meters and distributing of resistance were analyzed. Connecting to each optimized scheme in paper, an optimized scheme with immediate gob-side entry retaining and Y-style ventilation was built. Applying Y-style ventilation gas vent problem in high gas coal mine fully mechanized coal face was worked out, and gas consistency in return airway was diluted to secure range.
