This paper uses some methods including filed test, data analysis, constracting the simulation system and improving the design to reform the ventilation sysytem of JingGeZhuang coal mine. Its conclusion by analysing the ventilation resistence of JingGeZhuang mine is that generally, coal faces, coal faces' intake airflow roadway and its return way's resistence is small. In JinggGeZhuang coal mine, airflow passes through the auxiliary sharft and air sharft into the mine. Their air volume numbers are 116.2m3/s and 40m3/s. The main sharft was used as return-air. It's air volume is large and wind speed is fast. At -246 level, there is a air-return hole. When the main sharft skip is passing there quickly. There will be a huge influence for the whole system. Thereare also some place have air leakage in the mine. In -375 level, the air leakage volume is 20m3/s. It's the 12.29% of the 162.68m3/s total air volume. Because the south part of the mine uses the "return-back path" airway, and there are many air doors being used. The air leakage volume is large. Based on the data, it established the simulation system of JingGeZhuang coal mine, improveed the ventilation system of the coal face 3096B, added some return-airway, reduced the resistence of ventilation. The whole coal mine's resistence decreased about 200Pa and its air volume increased 600m3/min.
