| Fireworks industry has not formed a set of scientific and complete safety evaluation system, which seriously restricts the development of industry. Current methods lack of systematicness, hierarchy and logic, so this paper will do some improvement work to construct a suitable industry-specific safety evaluation system.Explosion accident may occur during the production procedure of fireworks. Therefore, it is important to analyze the accident causes based on accident causation analysis. The safety evaluation system is divided into two levels, namely, the direct factor-the second category hazard and the indirect factor-management factor. Two evaluation models are established respectively. The former construct "the second category hazard" evaluation index system, selecting 2 primary index and 20 secondary indexes; the latter construct "the management factor" evaluation index system, selecting 4 primary index and 34 secondary indexes. It can enable the new security evaluation system to build a realistic safety evaluation and Enterprise work better together.According to the level of safety evaluation system, I will divide two evaluation units for a fireworks factory instance. Manufacturing technique unit uses "the second category hazard" evaluation index system to obtaine the score based on AHP and the percentage scoring system, then we can compare the score with the acceptable score, obtaining the situation of unit; Management unit uses "the management factor" evaluation index system, through AHP and fuzzy mathematical method, we can figure out the result to compare with the standard score, so we can identify the level of enterprise's management.Practice has proved that the using of safety evaluation system can get the same conclusion with the actual situation of enterprise. New method is more systematic, hierarchical and logical than the old one, and it not only enhances the authority of safety evaluation, but also helps the whole industry to form a unified basis.
