Polyester is very common in the whole textile dyeing and finishing field,but polyester is a hydrophobic fiber.When dyeing,the dye enters the amorphous region of the fiber.The structure of the amorphous region of the polyester fiber is relatively tight,the orientation of the macromolecular chain is higher,and the molecular gap is small,the dye molecules are not easily inside the fiber,and the overall dyeing is difficult.Therefore,the polyester fiber should be dyed with a dye having a relatively low molecular weight and a relatively simple structure,and the disperse dye conforms to this property.In order to make polyester fabrics better,high temperature and high pressure dyeing methods are generally used.However,the high temperature and high pressure method requires high equipment and long dyeing time.The dispersant and some of the dissolved dyes are accompanied by residual dye discharge,resulting in environmental pollution and damage.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the dyeing process of polyester fiber,reduce the concentration of pollutants in the wastewater,and develop a field of dyeing with less water or even water.As a new non-aqueous medium dyeing process,the disperse dye/D5 dyeing system greatly reduces the amount of dispersant used in the dyeing process.It can effectively solve a series of problems in traditional water bath dyeing and the above non-aqueous medium dyeing.Basically realize zero discharge of sewage.Professor Liu Jinqiang's team has made a preliminary exploration on the non-aqueous medium dyeing process of polyester,determined the feasibility of polyester D5 non-aqueous medium dyeing,and solved the problem of low dye dyeing rate in pure D5 medium.However,there is no further exploration on the factors affecting the dye uptake of polyester in D5 medium.This topic further explores the factors affecting the dye uptake rate from the swelling of the fiber and the solubility of the dye.Experiments have shown that when a dye is selected,a small amount of dye promoter X and dye promoter Y can be added to the D5 dyeing medium to increase the dye uptake rate of the disperse dye.Investigating the relationship between the solubility of dyes in the medium and the dye uptake rate,it was found that the dye solubility and dye uptake rate increased with the increase of temperature during the dyeing process.As the holding time increases,the solubility and dye uptake of the dye increase continuously,and finally reach equilibrium.Changing the pH of the addition of the bulking agent has no significant effect on the solubility and dye uptake of the dye.Adding certain dye promoter X and dye promoter Y to the D5 medium can significantly reduce the solubility of the dye.As the solubility of the dye decreases,the dye uptake rate is continuously increased,and the solubility and the amount of dye promoter X are simultaneously reached in a certain amount of dye promoter X or dye promoter Y.Dyeing rate is balanced.The dye uptake rate of the disperse dye is proportional to the solubility of the dye as a negative K.Tests have shown that the higher the solubility of the disperse dye in the D5 medium,the lower the dye uptake rate.And the best dyeing process of three disperse dyes was determined.Disperse red 177 was dyeing temperature 140 °C,holding time 50 min,dye promoter X content 15%(o.w.f);disperse orange 30 was dyeing temperature 140 °C,holding time 50 min,including The dye promoter X content is 15%(o.wf);the disperse blue 367 is dyeing temperature 140 ° C,holding time 50 min,dye promoter X content 20%(o.w.f).During the dyeing process,some of the dye will enter the inside of the fiber and will remain inside the fiber.Therefore,D5 has a certain swelling effect on the fiber during the dyeing process,but it is much smaller than dye promoter X,and a certain amount of dye promoter X is added during dyeing.dye promoter Y can significantly increase the swelling ratio of the fiber,and more dye enters the inside of the fiber,thereby increasing the dye uptake rate.The thermal stability of D5 and D5 dyed dyes after dyeing has some changes,the thermal stability is improved,and the physical properties are slightly changed;the fibers dyed by D5 and the dyeing agent do not cause crystallized interior.Structural changes;the integrity of the crystals of the fibers treated with D5 and the dye activator is improved.
