The plant of Vaccinium genus belonging to family Ericaceae, was rich in nutrient components and had multiple pharmacological effects, such as relieving vision fatigue, antibacterical, antiviral, antioxidative, atherosclerotic-preventive, anticancer, antidiabetic etc. Vaccinium dunalianum was a species of Vaccinium genus. The beverages which was made by the tender leaves of V. dunalianum was called Queshe Tea. It had not attractive tastes, but was customed by the minority in Wuding region in Yunnan, so its efficacies should be the scientific study target. But up to now, the studies of active and nutrient components had no reports. This thesis studied on the buds of V. dunalianum. First of all, the water-soluble chemical compounds were distilled, purified and detected. Furthermore, the bioactive and nutrient ingredient of buds and leaves were analysised. The aim of the studies was to explore the reasons that V. dunalianum was remained and used in the special nationality region. And the studies should provide the theoretics for the exploiture of V. dunalianum further, and made them utilized by the modern society.By the means of chromatographic methods and spectroscopic evidences,7 compouds were isolated and 6 compouds were identified from V. dunalianum. They were p-hydroxyphenyl 6-O-trans caffeoyl-β-D-glucoside (1),p-hydroxyphenyl 6-O-trans-p-hydroxycoumaroyl-β-D-glucoside(2), p-hydroxy benzoic acid(3), Caffeic acid methyl ester(4),p-hydroxyphenyl-β-D-glucoside (6), caffeic caid(7).The method of the RP-HPLC to quantify on the main chemical components of the water-soluble part of V. dunalianum was established in this thesis for the first time. The quantification was performed by RP-HPLC consisted of a Diamonsil C18 column(250×4.6 mm,5μm); an eluate of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution gradient elution (0-20 min 5%—60% acetonitrile) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a UV detection at 280 nm under 30℃. The method which was brief, rapid, sensitive, and which had good reproducibility, good stability and good mean recovery, was feasible for the main water-soluble part of V. dunalianum, and all compounds were detected within 20min. In accordance with the conditions, the samples were determined. The results showed that the contents of 6 compounds had obvious difference in different parts, and the obvious content change of identical part effected by heights. The conclusions provided the specific reference data for the elected application of different parts from V. dunalianum. In the experiments, the hemorrheology experiments of p-hydroxyphenyl 6-O-caffeoyl-glucoside were carried out adopting statistics method. The bio-activity experiments aslo showed:p-hydroxyphenyl 6-O-caffeoyl-glucoside had a good inhibition of ADP-and PAF-induced platelet aggregation in vitro, significantly reduced deaths induced by intravenous injection of ADP-induced lung microvascular embolization in vivo, significantly prolonged the bleeding and clotting time in mice, and reduced animal experimental hyperlipidemic serum TC and TG level at the high dose, but did no effect of reducing blood viscosity. The experiments proved p-hydroxyphenyl 6-O-caffeoyl-glucoside had a good anti-thrombus effect and had the good foreground of cardiovascular diseases' drugs. The nutrient ingredient analysis of buds and leaves V. dunalianum were also carried through. The results showed that there were many necessary mineral elements, especially high-K and low-Na, a large of Vc, high level protein of V. dunalianum. And the results also showed that V. dunalianum contented a mounts of amino acids, particularly essential amino acids in a high rate, the values of EAA/TAA and EAA/NEAA also met the require of perfect protein. Therefore, the buds and leaves of V.dunalianum were good for health.
