| In order to achieving the deep processing of coal, increasing their added value and the benefits of business and social, Tonghua Mining Co., Ltd. established the project of distilling mine in Great Lakes Coal, and invested to build a production of 700,000 tons per year. In this context, it is the desiderated problem to research on the quality control of distilling mine project in Great Lakes Coal Mine and propose the quality control scheme. Based on the status of the project of distilling mine in Great Lakes Coal, the paper put forward a quality control scheme of distilling mine and gives the appropriate safeguards to Great Lakes Coal Mine, according to overviewing the relevant basic theories and analyzing the the coal preparation process and influencing factors in accordance with the eight principles of quality control.First, the paper argues that the jig roughing process in a major Coal project includes heavy medium cyclone selection, coal repet check and floatation check filter press. The process is effected by people, machinery and equipment, coal quality, rules and regulations, work environment, and data information, and other factors. Secondly, the project should ensure the output of coal quality by a effective process, inspect the quality of distilling mine in the process, adjust the process parameters, improve the quality of coal preparation process; also need to clean coal post-quality control, improve the quality of the designed process and the pre-mid-term quality control. Finally, based on the situation of Great Lakes coal mine , the paper suggest the measures for implementing the program given protection from the organizational, institutional and technical aspects.This study applied the project management and quality control theory combining the project of distilling mine in Great Lakes Coal, which is an important reference to upgrade the level of quality control and promote of management theory into practice in corporate management.
