Study On Management Level Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of BK Coal Mine Project In M Country

Since the “Belt and Road” initiative was put forward,China's international foreign engineering contracting business along the “Belt and Road” has maintained steady growth in turnover and has achieved rapid development.With the gradual depletion of domestic coal resources,XK Group Corporation has shut down many old mines in recent years and has vigorously promoted coal mine outsourcing contracting service projects.At present,XK Group has dozens of coal mine contracting projects at home and abroad.BK Coal Mine Project in M Country is a typical project of China's overseas coal mining contracting project.It is also the largest overseas coal mine contracting project of XK Group Corporation.It has gone through 20 years since its construction and operation.In the long-term implementation of the project,it has achieved brilliant results.However,there are also some problems regarding project management.The management evaluation of the project helps to summarize the project management experience and lessons,and it also has important reference significance for the development and implementation of other projects in the future.This paper takes the BK Coal Mine Contracting Project in M country as the research object,aiming to evaluate the management level of the project through the project management evaluation model and to find the management loopholes or mistakes during the implementation of the project.It's also to satisfactorily complete the targeted optimization measures in the scope of project work,to improve the overall project management level and optimize the resources and maximize the benefits with better management in future project implementation.First of all,this paper introduces the background and research significance of the topic.Based on the analysis of the research results of project management theory and project management ability evaluation methods by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper proposes a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Based on the actual situation of BK Coal Mine Contracting Project,the management evaluation index system of the project was constructed,and the evaluation of project management level was obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,this paper introduces the general situation of BK Coal Mine Project,analyzes the characteristics of the project and the problems and difficulties in project management.After that,the project management evaluation system of BK coal mine project is comprehensively analyzed.The project management evaluation index system of BK coal mine project is established according to the relevant project management evaluation model.In addition,the weight and level of evaluation index of project management are obtained by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted measures to improve the management level of the project according to the specific management situation of BK coal mine project and further proposes safeguard measures to provide new methods and ideas for improving the management level of coal mine contracting projects of China.
