Controlling of eutrophication had become a worldwide problem, since 60 years of the 20th century a lot of research was carried out. The results showed that:ecological restoration is the best way to control water environment. Enhancing their biological purification is the long-term plan to solve eutrophication.Microorganisms played a lot of the role in the process of eutrophication. Research was made for the role of microorganisms in the C, N, P cycling.However, these studies were mainly carried out in normal temperature, the role of psychrotrophs in the low temperature and eutrophic water were less. In recent years, more and more serious eutrophication problemin had happened in the North of China. In these relatively low-temperature environment, the psychrotrophs played an important role for purificating pollutants and maintaining the ecological balance. Therefore research the psychrotrophs physiological and biochemical characteristics, the characteristics of enzyme, the Relationshiop with nutrients relations and its role in eutrophication of water bodies for the control of eutrophication has important practical significanceSamples were taked from the lake under low temperature environment, diluted coated tablet.35 Psychrotrophs were isolated, they were 14 bacterias,21 fungi. According to the physiological and biochemical results showed that:these Psychrotrophs belonged to Lactobacilus.Saccharococcus.Staphyloccus,Actinomyces. These fungi belong to Molds and Yeast. Some of them was advantaged microorganisms producing Oxidase.Catalase Enzyme,Amylase,Gelatinase,and taked Nitrate reduction Nitrite reduction and so on.In order to consider the relationship of Psychrotrophs with Nitrogen and phosphorus source, experimentioned the determination of different content of nitrogen, phosphorus on growth and reproduction of Psychrotrophs. The results showed that: Under the same conditions of nitrogen and phosphorus, different characteristics were showed. Psychrotrophs of 4℃showed a positive linear correlation with the phosphorus in the environment, while the rest of Psychrotrophs did not show to follow the law, but all the most suitable test conditions exist or inhibit its growth and reproduction of nitrogen and phosphorus content; Fixed the content of Phosphorus research was made the relationship of psychrotrophs with nitrogen, the results showed that the temperature was the main factors in the growth.Fixed the content of nitrogen, research was made the relationship of psychrotrophs with Phosphorus,the results showed that the effection of temperature was not obvious.The results provide the basis for the further study of the role of Psychrotrophs in nitrogen and phosphorus cycle.
