The development of human beings is highly dependent on energy.In the process of large-scale development and utilization of coal resources,human beings have obtained huge economic benefits,but also brought about a bad impact on the living environment of human beings.Among them,how to control the coal mining subsidence area is increasingly prominent.In recent decades,all countries in the world have carried out a comprehensive study on the ecological restoration of abandoned mine lands,and scholars in various fields have also invested in it,making the ecological restoration a hot issue across disciplines.Huainan is the main coal production base in China.After the mine is closed,there is a large amount of abandoned land,resulting in a large area of land and water pollution,as well as a large number of mining equipment and waste.If land reclamation and ecological restoration work cannot be carried out well,it will surely bring huge hidden trouble and harm to the environment,economy and human settlements.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of ecological restoration benefit evaluation in coal mining subsidence area.It is concluded that the development mode of ecological economy and circular economy can be adopted to realize the sustainable development of coordinated economic,social and ecological environment of coal mining subsidence area.In this paper,the status of coal mining subsidence area in Huainan city is systematically introduced from four aspects:damage assessment,environmental impact assessment,geological hazard assessment and damage prediction.At the same time,the ecological restoration and management project in the coal mining subsidence area of Huainan city was analyzed and four modes of restoration and management,including water system wetland breeding and breeding industry,were summarized,and the existing problems in the ecological restoration and management work were put forward to prepare for the follow-up ecological restoration benefit evaluation.The environment of the coal mining subsidence area in Huainan city is divided into three layers by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).With Xiejiaji in A subsidence of Huainan city as an example,through the SWOT,economic,social and ecological benefits were analyzed,and the seven aspects such as Xiejiaji ecological restoration coal mining subsidence area,after the completion of the project is green tips 155.6 hectares,browfields 449.8 hectares,a total of construction of urban green space 1218 hectares,can realize the ecological benefit of 258.65 million yuan a year.By enriching the theoretical basis of restoration and summing up the two aspects of seeking financial support,the smooth progress of the ecological restoration project in the mining subsidence area is ensured and the project risks are reduced.From the two aspects of cultivating new industries and promoting the transformation of leading industries,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies after the ecological restoration of subsidence areas,so as to help them recover the economy as soon as possible,promote the re-employment of farmers in subsidence areas,and stabilize the social and ecological environment.Figure[11]table[8]...
