Ultrasonic turn-milling technology has an important role in the processing of small parts of complex shapes, hard and brittle materials. For to overcome the general surface chatter mark of turn-milling, large inertia, low machining accuracy, achieve micro ultrasonic turn-milling of reverse vibration, there is very important significance. Longitudinal-torsional resonance vibration mode ultrasonic turn-milling not only help to improve space utilization and result costs, and easy to achieve high-speed processing and high-precision motion control. Study on the Acoustic systems for high-power,small inertia of longitudinal-torsional resonance provide a theoretical basis in multi-mode processing.In view of the advantages of ultrasonic turn-milling, the paper aims to develop an ultrasonic turn-milling device suitable ultrasonic turn-milling machine tool. The system provided the foundation for high efficiency, ultra-precision machining of ultrasonic turn-milling machine can process hard and brittle materials, complex shape product.The main content of this thesis is as follows:In the first chapter, starting from study situation of ultrasonic turn-milling, there is a detailed study summarization both at home and abroad, introduced the main contents of turn-milling and turn-milling complex machining center. There is a simple introduce to single ultrasonic vibration and composite vibration mode and makes clear the research aim as well as the main content.In the second chapter, with the existing experimental conditions and to achieve the objectives, design a set of ultrasonic turn-milling device,including:ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic acoustic system, connecting fixtures device, high-speed bearings, actuating device and so on. Study on high- demand assembly of devices.In the third chapter,detailed introduce overall structure of the cylinder with multiple diagonal slits of the core components of ultrasonic turn-milling , combined with the maximum amplitude and the output frequency of the transducer and the horn , calculated and designed cylinder with multiple diagonal slits of 30kHz. Aim at complex shape and small size of slits for cylinder with multiple diagonal slits, using EDM method to process and compared of two machine process method.In the forth chapter,describes the general steps of finite element analysis and modeling methods; and using finite element analysis software ANSYS lever on the transmission vibration modal analysis to determine the natural frequency and the formation, verify the design of the acoustic system to meet the requirements. Using impedance analyzer tested the acoustic system assembled; compared result of finite element analysis and test results, experimental results show that the design of the acoustic system is to meet the requirements.In the fifth chapter,According to the principle of the turn-milling kinematics ultrasonic torsional resonance mechanism, ultrasonic turn-milling of the movement in theory and dynamic analysis; for the ultrasonic experiments and subsequent ultrasonic turn-milling machining center provides an ideal basis.
