In the oil refining industry in order to improve the yield of refined oil products, access to high-quality petroleum products and adapt to high-sulfur crude oil, the depth of processing low-quality crude oil, we must build large hydrocracking unit. The hydrogenation reactor in high temperature, high pressure, hydrogen and sulfur corrosion work under harsh conditions, and its medium hydrogen flammable, explosive, high-risk. So with the large-scale hydrogenation reactor tends to bring a serious processing problems. Which in the reactor tube in the welding process to take over the processing, welding apron due to take over the actual surface for the saddle, with the takeover of the size, wall thickness increased processing to meet the actual shape of the weld skirt on over the quality of welding assurance becomes more and more prominent. In this issue, the core of this project is to develop a method with the milling process to take over the flange surface of the processing units saddle skirts.This topic in depth analysis of pressure vessel structure characteristics, current cylinder flange over skirt side turning processing problem is studied, the saddle surface analysis obtains the structure and size directly affects cutting elements. In order to adapt to the large size, wall thickness, improve cutting elements, proposed the implementation of the flange surface processing saddle over new technical scheme, studied and developed a vertical CNC rotating feed processing of special milling machine, used for welding flanges over skirt side processing. Host machine adopts C5116A vertical lathe transformation, gives engineered machine transmission system, main movement of milling machine the variable frequency speed motor drive, axial and radial and working rotation feeding movement all adopt servo motor driver. And the movement of machine design system was analyzed, the main moving parts is calculated and ANSYS Workbench analysis.This topic realized the pressure vessel cylinder welding flanges skirt side saddle surface of effective processing, solve the processing bottleneck. Give pressure vessel manufacture bring great convenience, also widened the numerical control technology application domain.
