Hydraulic support is one of the most important equipment in the integrated mechanization technology of coal mining.It is also one of the most investment and application equipment.With the improvement of the fully-mechanized mining technology and a continuous aggravation of the market competition,the design requirement of hydraulic support is higher and higher and higher.On the basis of performance assurance,the hydraulic support weight is alleviated as far as possible and the economic efficiency is increased.The thesis uses the hydraulic support as the researching subject,with the help of Pro/E software,built the three-dimensional entity model of pedestal of the hydraulic support typed ZF3700/16/26 in kinds of dangerous conditions.Using the seamless connection between ANSYS Workbench and Pro/E,according to the simulation,give the stress and displacement distribution cloud figure of support base in three conditions.By comparing,applying concentrated load on both ends,the stress and displacement of pedestal are minimal,so as to lay a foundation for the optimization design for the rest of the article.Applying concentrated load on both ends, the optimization design base on weight loss using ANSYS Workbench.Premised on the same application requirements,the weight reduction design is realized.Compared to the original set,the optimized one dramatically increases 4.16% in Von Mises stress and reduces 19.53% in weight,which reduced the design cost and had great economic benefits.
