The Research Of Reconfigurable Deep Hole Processing Machine Tool And Key Technology

With the rapid development of economy and technology's level of increasing, customer's demand becoming more diverse, more individuation, and requires the shortest delivery time, the lowest price and higher quality requirements. Reconfigurable manufacturing system is the most efficient way to solve these demands. Reconfigurable machine tool as the underlying equipment of reconfigurable manufacturing system, its design theory and design method has not yet mature, and the reconfigurable machine tool with real sense has not produced. This paper take the deep hole processing machine tools as research subject, the reconfigurable design principles and methods of the deep hole processing machine have been discussed, the mechanical system and the open CNC system's design of the reconfigurable deep hole processing machine have been studied.In the second chapter, some design principles of reconfigurable machine and its advantages and disadvantages have been discussed. The design idea and design essentials of the mechanical system and the open CNC system have been put forwarded.In the third chapter, reconfigurable design method of reconfigurable deep hole processing machine tool's mechanical system has been studied. Based on the division and recognition of processing family, tool's movement needs have been determined and then, the tool's movements have been topology abstracted with the graph theory method, and tool topology library has been established.In the fourth chapter, the concepts and characteristics of the open CNC system have been analyzed, its research situation at home and abroad has also been analyzed. With contrast of several specific forms of the open CNC system, the form of PC+movement control cards was used to development the CNC system of the reconfigurable deep hole processing machine tool, and it's hardware structure and key softwares have been designed.
