Therefore, determined index weights through the AHP and expert scoring method, calculated the index of rural environmental quality in ShanYin (REI) adopt the way "Environmental Protection Industry Standard Of The PRC"HJ/T 192-2006 calculate the eco-environmental quality index (EQI), and make the grading evaluation.2.Software development of model of the factors and quantitative analysis of environmental quality in rural of ShanYin County.There are certain problems to the quantitative study for the evaluation index indicators involving numerous, it difficulty to obtain some indicators in some rural areas. Based on the actual investigation and literature search, combined with the index weights of the evaluation index system of rural, we knew the factors of environmental quality in rural of Shanyin County included: the per capita net income of rural residents, environmental awareness of farmers, capital investment of the state, energy structure, village sizes, and so on. The research quantified the survey data, built the model of the factors and quantitative analysis of environmental quality of Shanyin County through correlation analysis and regression analysis of SPSS statistics, established a Visual Basic procedures, and obtained per capita net income of rural residents was the most important factor.3. Example verification.Finally, substituted the survey data of October 2009 and October 2010 of village XiaJiayao of ShanYin County in Shanxi Province into the model, get the results of 57.8 and 64.3, the rural environmental quality improved obviously with the per capita net income of rural residents increased. To verify the model, substituted the survey data into the evaluation index system of north rural areas, obtained environmental quality index rose from 0.52 to 0.55 of the village in this year, the results of environmental quality evaluation and the model of the environmental quantify factors analysis was consistent, in line with the actual situation, both the evaluation index system and quantitative analysis of the factors of environmental quality of Shanyin County can achieve the quality of quantitative research in rural environment, but the latter is more easily.
