Analysis Of China's Environmental Inequality And Its Influencing Factors

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,but the development of China's economy is largely dependent on the development of industry.With the proposed in recent years,the concept of sustainable development,people gradually realize the importance to protect the environment,but for different regions and between different provinces is not equal,whether the policy level or academic level,did not get enough attention.Under this background,this paper from the Chinese reality,to measure China's environmental inequality,and through the decomposition of the main factors that affect China's environmental inequality,and provide a theoretical basis and policy support for environmental pollution emissions in China's regulation.Firstly,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research and development of environmental inequality.This paper firstly China environmental inequality is expounded,introducing the related inequality measure index,such as the Gini index,Theil index,K index,mainly three kinds of inequality estimates for different regions China environment index inequality estimates.Then,using the method of regression decomposition to decompose the factors of environmental inequality,the main factors that affect the environmental inequality are obtained.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the factors that influence the environmental inequality.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the regional inequality degree of industrial solid waste emissions is the highest,followed by industrial waste gas and industrial waste water.From 2000 to 2014,the trend of regional inequalities of industrial waste water and waste gas emission show inverted U shape process,and the trend of regional inequalities of industrial solid waste show N form.Second,through the analysis of the provincial environmental inequality,we found that in the three types of emissions of major pollutants,Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and other provinces' pollutant emissions accounted for less than the proportion of GRP,while Shanxi,Hebei and other provinces' pollutant emissions accounted for more than the proportion of GRP,showing the environment inequality between provinces.Third,the analysis of regional environmental inequality shows that affected by the economic development and industrialization process,the industrial pollution emission differences within east region is most obvious.Finally,through the Shapley value decomposition method,we find that in the factors that affect environmental inequality,the industrial structure plays a major role,and the dependence on foreign dependence and foreign direct investment is small.
