China is one of the nations that have grievous coal and gas outburst problems,gas outburst prediction is the key technology of gas prevention and treatment,the critical value of gas outburst prediction index in relation to coal mine production safety and the economy. In order to study the evaluation index of the regional drainaged NO.3 coal seam in Sihe mine,Based on the gas outburst integrative theory,combined with prominent dominant factors, this paper Proposes beginning outburst gas content under the corresponding beginning outburst gas pressure is treated as evaluation index critical value. Through taking original coal samples in the field and sealing, let its adsorption balance , measure residual gas content and residual gas pressure, research their law under the original moisture, and get the beginning outburst gas content under the corresponding beginning outburst gas pressure.Inspection at the regional effect, the original coal gas content and drainage effect exist difference, so residual gas content exists difference.Treats differently according to different,and puts forward into different evaluation units classification principles,and Apply to determination method to determine the number of outburst prevention with OC function test of Probability and mathematical statistics.According to the research results and combined with gas drainage row rate,Puts forward a set of outburst prevention effect evaluation method in west area aangonghe horizons area of sihe coal mine when regional drainaged.
