| Under the background of the rising issue of the global environment and the Chinese environment, the environmental issue is becoming extremely urgent because of the climate condition and the economic reason in Western China. The ENGO takes the mission of recalling people to start protecting the environment. Therefore, it is not only important for improving the environment of Western China, but also valuable for the environmental business in China via researching how the ENGO doing with the targeted environmental issue in Western China.This thesis is basically on the theory of The Communication Science, together with the profundity interview and the research of the Project Green Camel Bells, the Project Green River. The number of the legal and experienced ENGO is rare in Western China, and they are initiated by the government. The college student organizations are becoming popular.The number of non-governmental organizations is limited and the international non-governmental organizations can hardly been found. Most of them are located in Sichuan and Yunnan province. The content chosen by the Western China ENGO is close to the public life. The issue selected is locally and specific, the project started is dealing with the settlement of the local problem, the forms are various. The communication is basically on the net work and traditional media. The outcome is favorable in multi-levels of the target audience. Through the analysis of the current communication situation of the ENGO in Western China, the writer concluded some suggestion that the Western China ENGO may improve. First, developing the ENGO themselves, improving the discourse power. Second, enhancing the communication channels construction and supplying more chance for people to participate. Third, improving comprehensive skills on environmental communication. Fourth,reinforcing the way to collect the feedback and the communication effect. Fifth, cooperating with government and gaining more support from them. |
