With the unique performance,ferrocence and its derivatives have been attached importance in optical materials,magnetic materials and liquid crystal materials. Ferrocenyl ligand can be generated in the introduction of a functional group coordination, which can be used as important ligand.Containing ferrocenyl schiff bases and Their complexes of ferrocene derivatives is a hot spot. These complexes have the potential biological activity, which is ideal for nonlinear optical materials and liquid crystal materials.In particular,ferroecne containing diketone transition metal complexes will show more remarkable character and purpose.We designed and synthesized seriesβ-diketones with ferrocene and the C=N bond, and these ligands afforded some complexes with transition metal (Cu,Ni,Zn), all componds have been characterized by elemant analysis,IR and HNMR spectroscopies.
