Papermaking reconstituted tobacco slice slurry, smoke slice and smoke in relief and refining the process can form massive tiny components, and more tobacco water-soluble material and packing exists in slurry system, is that going to tobacco slice slurry system has and filter water produces serious negative impact, so we must choose the right help leave filter aid agent. The current paper method on tobacco slice production in cationic guar gum as wet department retention aid filter aid agent, but there are also fertilizer consumption too big, retention aid help filter effect is not too perfect. Chitosan is a kind of renewable resources, its structure and cellulose are very similar, is the only ever found in the natural alkaline polysaccharide, and it is the second-largest after cellulose production in recent years, natural polymer in paper industry has a wide range of applications.In this paper, the wet retention of chitosan as a filter aid, of the chitosan in papermaking tobacco sheet application, and cationic guar gum and chitosan application results were compared. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1,Extraction is the papermaking tobacco sheet manufacturing process is one of the key processes. Orthogonal test, the optimized extraction conditions for the tobacco stems:Tween-80 added 0.1%, extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 70 min, solid to liquid ratio was 1:5; the optimized extraction conditions for the smoke at the end:Tween-80 added 0.1%, extraction time 50 min, extraction temperature 50℃, solid to liquid ratio of 1:5. In the optimized extraction conditions, tobacco stems and tobacco at the end of the extraction rate was 49.67% and 54.82%.2,As raw materials with chitin, chitosan in lab for the preparation, influence de-acetylating chitin, the main factors are:reaction NaOH solution concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature and alkali treatment mode. NaOH solution concentration not less than 40%, can choose 40%~60%; Alkali treatment time and reaction temperature on take off the deacelation degree, should choose to have an important effect on the way short time, high temperature; Shorten alkali treatment time, choose intermittent alkali treatment, we can produce high viscosity and high deacelation degree off the chitosan.3,Prepared under laboratory conditions 1#,2# and 3# of chitosan, the deacetylation degree was 70.7%,81.3% and 90.6%, respectively, corresponding to the viscosity of 184.3 mPa·s,176.4 mPa·s and 165.7 mPa·s.4,Choose cationic guar gum and homemade three kinds of chitosan for wet department assistant, were studied on the tobacco slice slurry Zeta potential, beating degree, dynamic filter water, one-way keep rate, packing has rate, tobacco slice substrate tensile strength and thickness influence. Research results show that compared with cationic guar gum, chitosan in tobacco slice of slurry Zeta potential, beating degree, dynamic filter water, one-way keep rate and the influence of packing more obvious with rate of chitosan, take off, and the higher the deacelation degree, the better the results. Four kinds of additives all can reduce tobacco slice tensile strength and improve thickness, but the effect is not obvious, the make not for tobacco slice negative effects.5,Through orthogonal test for chitosan application in papermaking method of tobacco slice technological conditions were optimized, get the best technical parameters of chitosan for: take off the deacelation degree is 90%, adding amount of 0.6%, system pH value choice 6. And through verifying experiments confirm that the optimization process condition and reliable.
