Drying and curing system of glazing machine was reviewed and analyed based on UVSG950 glazing machine with environmental protection and energy conservation.Drying and curing system was reviewed that glazing machine was preferably adjusted to drying and curing system and the film surface quality of was also preferably controlled on water based glaze oil.Water based glaze oil was used for the decoration of paper printing products on the glazing machine with environmental protection and energy conservation.Infared quartz tube was used for the source of heating on the glazing machine.The process of glazing compound was non-toxic and non-contaminated.The waste materials by glazing could be recycled.Drying and curing test of water based glaze oil was carried to design drying and curing room.The test was carried with the characteristic of drying and curing on water based glaze oil,including low viscosity,low adhesion and harsh curing conditions.Temperature control is a key component on drying and curing system in water based glaze oil.Temperature control had a great effect on the quality of paper printing products by glazing.It also had a great effect on the efficiency of drying and curing system on glazing machine.Temperature control range of three sections were determined by drying and curing test on water based glaze oil.Temperature on three sections were cyclicly controlled and monitored by Fuzzy-PID.AT89S52 was selected as a master chip.Hardware on controller and driver was designed based on AT89S52.Watchdog,display,keyboard,port of temperature detection and MCU circuit were integrated in controller hardware circuit.Driver hardware circuit was designed with a triac.Software of the temperature controller was compiled with Keil 8.0.The practicability of the design in hardware and software was verified by proteus simulation.Then the fuzzy control query table and PID parameters were debugged on site.The controller was designed by Fuzyy-PID control algorithm.The switching of infared quartz tube was controlled by a triac through PWM,thus,the temperature on the drying and curing room could be continuously controlled.The control method was lower overshoot and higher accuracy.The accuracy of temperature control was±1℃.The rate of qualified products was improved,the gloss differential was reduced and the quality of glazing compound was also improved.
