Curing is the last and most important process of tire manufacture. The quality of tire is directly influenced by the performance of the cure efficiency. Changing temperature during cure process is an effective measure to increase the cure uniformity according to the technological principle of variable temperature curing. Therefore controlling cure medium accurately and effectively is a powerful guarantee for curing degree and uniformity.In this paper, the overheated water is taken for research background. Some influence factor and obstruction is analyzed deeply aiming at solving the problem of the temperature fluctuation, the conduit vibrates and fault of heat-exchange pump caused by control delay, product quality decline, etc. Establishing the mathematic model of overheated water temperature control system based on heat transfer rule and thermal equilibrium analyzing. A BP neural network is constructed and trained by the gathering data to solve the problem of the model imprecision and parameters uncertainty. The neural network can equivalent reality control object for its good generalization performance. Human Simulating Intelligent Control (HSIC) is adopted based on the deep analysis of object characteristic of temperature control process, furthermore, the control modality and control rule of its operating control level are improved. When changing temperature according to curing craft, parameter correction level algorithm can adapt the change of control object.The simulation analysis results indicate that the Human Simulating Intelligent Control algorithm designed in this paper can solve the problem of the temperature fluctuation serious, control delay and over modulation and so on. Meanwhile, it can satisfy the control requirements when system temperature changed. The control strategy take good powerful guarantee for degree of cure and curing uniformity, and it can increase tire production efficiency, prolong device life, reduce the maintenance work of production and finally realize energy saving and consumption reduction.
