| A lot of mining cases have proved that mechanized continuous mining take the advantages of efficiency,continuation,safety,compared with the mining by blasting.It can maintain a higher mining production,safety and a lower mining cost. But in non-coal mines, because of the high strength of ore and surround-rock in non-coal mines, mechanized continuous mining can not be realized. Vibration roadheader, will possibly improve the ability of cutting hard rock because it can provide an additional impact during the cuting process,.This provides a feasibility study reference to continuous mining in hard rock.This paper, mainly investigates the vibration cutting performance of vibration roadheader with picks, by experiments and analysis of the new pick with different cutter shape.The main works in the paper are as follows:(1) Designing and manufacturing a new pick, and conducting the indoor simulation cutting expenriment of the roadheader pick and new pick. Theoretical and indoor experiment results analysis shows that the vibration cutting performance of the new pick improves.(2)Improving pick and perfecting the experimental system. Because indoor experiments use concrete as sample, the material of picks choose steel,and the shape parameter selects by analogy.Tests equipment is microcomputer control rock pressure shear, concussion test-beds, and the picks are installed in the self-designing and processing mounting base,to ensure simulation experiment results.(3) Laboratory simulation experiments of pick cutting. By four groups of different pick cutting tests,both the static cutting and vibration cutting capacity of the pick and the new pick is studied. Comprehensive analysis of the experimental results show that the new pick improves the vibration cutting performances and rock breaking efficiency.(4) Proposing a framework model of hard rock mining machine, which provides a reference direction for continuous mining in non-coal mines, based on vibration cutting of the new pick. |
