The demand for high-grade thin films is becoming more and more with the rapid development of Chinese plastic industry. But now most domestic high-grade films are still manufactured by imported machines with multi-layer extruding method. The main reason is that the polishing process of the extrusion die which is the core part of the multi-layer extruding equipment is relatively out-of-date and thus can not meet the demand of straightness, roughness, big-size of the extrusion die. Based on this, the "Research on the key technology of anthropomorphic lapping" topic is proposed. Manual lapping operation is to draw on the experience of workers, according to anthropomorphic thinking lapping building automation systems, on the extrusion die manufacturers to improve the skills of some significance.Aim to the technology of anthropomorphic lapping characteristics of the various aspects, the paper mill on the automated processing of various factors was studied. The main work and achievements are as follows :1.According to the design requirements and automatic lapping process requirements of the ultra-precision lapping machine, made out of flat die grinder design program. Based on analyzing the requirement of control system and the design scheme, a prototype of extrusion die is developed. The structure and the control system are tested; and a special strategy for performing process is designed when focusing on the special size of the extrusion die.2.The control system of hardware and software is designed based on requirements of processing and the lapping head speed .Overall performance of the control systems is verified by experiment.3.Proposes the method of straightness detection by mathematical modeling, error analysis and formula deriving and presents the whole process of measurement.The feasibility of this method in theoretically is verified.4.According to a proven method of linear measurement .On this basis, determine the measured parameters with the structure and performance parameters of selected components, the design and manufacture of measuring instruments is completed.5.The automatic lapping of the workpiece of original flat extrusion die is carried out by experiment and the workpiece straightness is improved obviously after processing.6.Finally, the summary of paper and prospects of further research are made in the last chapter.
