Copper sheet and strip processing enterprises is an industry that has very intensive capital and technology. In this industry, the investment in fixed assets is high; liquidity occupies too much, the material cost and depreciation of machinery take up a large proportion during the production process. An effective way of production scheduling can realize rational utilization of enterprise resources and reduce production costs. Modeling and optimization of production scheduling model are two important components of the study of production scheduling. The role of the production scheduling model is describing the behavioral characteristics of production scheduling and variation regular pattern by using abstract modeling language accurately, the model optimization is the process of solveing or improving the problem which involved in model.In this article, on the basis of studying on the Object-oriented and Petri net theory and method, analyzing characteristics of production process for copper sheet and strip, it builds a way of producing a model about production process for copper sheet and strip oriented MES by using OOHOPN. According to modeling idea of OOHOPN, The modeling uses bottom-up modeling approach, firstly, all stages of the modeling is built, secondly, all stages of the modeling is connected through message passing between objects, in this way, the overall DHOPN model of production process about copper sheet and strip is structured. on the basis of studying on the DHOPN model, the mathematical model of production process about copper sheet and strip is structured by using multi-objective judge method,it indicates influence degree of evaluation programs for decision-making goals and meet the requirements of modern enterprise production.The choice of scheduling rules is the main problem of model optimization. In order to solve the problem of multi-program selection, The article adopts a method of Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm for the purpose of optimizing the model of production scheduling for copper sheet and strip based on the analysis of Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing Algorithm,When using this method, in order to achieve the diversity in individual populations, the algorithm adds a second screening operation with the Simulated Annealing Algorithm after completing crossover and mutation operation. this method not only can overcome premature and the convergence difficulties in the controlling of Genetic Algorithms but also can solve the problem of the slowly speed convergence about Simulated Annealing Algorithm.Based the research on the model and optimization algorithm of production scheduling for copper sheet and strip, the experiment of production schedule system is improved by using the idea of software engineering and development technology of Visual C++. Experiments results are compared and analyzed with genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, it shows that the scheduling solution given in the article can raise productivity for copper sheet and strip processing enterprises and accomplish goals of save energy and reducing consumption.
