Study On Recyclingand Reusing University Campus Waste

To build resource-saving and environment-friendly university, the campus waste should be recycled. Using construction project management theory and system analysis method, theoretical and empirical researches on management of recycling campus waste are finished in this paper.1. The status of recycling waste equipment, instruments and electronic goods being analyzed, solid waste should be clearly defined and processed scientifically, and the appropriate reward and punishment system should also be established to reduce unnecessary waste of fixed assets, increase the use rate of campus public property.2. The campus kitchen and meal wastes'composition, characteristics, distribution, output and etc. are all specifically analyzed. Then the dining waste's output prediction methods, collection according to classification, professional transport, collection- transportation system, using patterns, using resourcefully patterns of producing feed meal and anaerobic compost are all proposed separately.3. Through studying the campus common wastes'constitute elements and the impact factors of real production capacity, the actual output are forecasted. Based on the existing recovery mode, two kinds of separation modes are put forward, then campus recycling network system are built, recycling management on each small class of reusable resources are suggested.
