Because the use of this system. we can design PDC drill bits by the computer. Our creative thinking can displayed on the computer through the PDC bit model, and then directly generate three-dimensional graphics products. In the future, the system also can application for modern simulation technology on the function of the bit, through human-machine dialogue made three-dimensional graphics in real-time changes to processing, So in the whole design process, PDC bit could edge design, test side.The three-dimensional design system proposed by this thesis is the necessary base for bit digital system and future performance modeling, CNC machining and processing of. In the last chapter also briefly describes the PDC bit designed by this system, provided the use of this drill bit, as well as on-site testing and results.
