Currently, with the tube by mechanical processing and manufacturing large and medium-sized screw pump stator cavity, time-consuming, serious material costs, explore new manufacturing process has the theoretical and engineering applications.This shape and size to get the screw found inside the cavity of the stator as the goal, put forward by hot extrusion for forming the stator cavity pre-process method, and the start the study.System within the cavity of the extrusion screw pump stator forming mechanism for stator material 42CrMo stress-strain curves, analyze and determine the necessary friction extrusion simulation model, set the grid and boundary conditions, on the basis Pipe within the cavity to create 42CrMo hot extrusion process of finite element simulation model.Using plastic finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D, within the cavity of 42CrMo pipe extrusion process of the thermal coupling simulation, obtained after repeated simulation that can be satisfied within the mold cavity model and size of pipe completed Extrusion die and process design; detailed analysis of the extrusion process of extrusion speed and temperature effects on the extrusion pressure; of the pipe extrusion process of axial and radial stress changes and the effect under the pressure of the same amount of Power relations. Made some instructive conclusions and there is reference to the actual production results.Research results show that: in the right conditions can be met under the requirements of size and shape of the cavity within the stator screw extrusion tube.Parameters obtained and the forming defects found in the engineering implementation of this technology has important significance, but also for forming other similar parts with a certain reference value.
