According to the pressure field and temperature field of oil and water well, that tempered glass tubing was used to oil and water well was researched. Then oil well casing program and matching technology about operation and maintenance were studied. By means of analysis of production test data of test well in field, it was proved that tubing deformation because of fluid column loading could be main elements of decreasing pump efficiency.
