At present,PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.900,000 tons / year gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit has the problem that gasoline and diesel product quality is difficult to meet the national V standard.Catalytic cracking of diesel and coking diesel oil that kind of low-grade diesel has higher aromatic content and sulfur,nitrogen content,while the cetane number is relatively low.The petrochemical enterprises are facing a very serious challenge.For the more efficient modification of such diesel,the need for the transformation of the original hydrogenation plant.In this paper,the catalyst used in the plant selection and grading program were tested,and the hydrogenation catalyst with better technical economic was selected.In this paper,by comparing the product properties and yield of two kinds of hydrogenation and hydrogenation reforming processes,it is found that the quality of the product is improved by using the modified catalyst.It is found that Albemarle catalyst hydrogenation modification performance is better than the FRIPP catalyst.However,based on the economic considerations,and Albemarle catalyst regeneration process is more complex,so the company chose the FRIPP catalyst grading proposal,and 90 million tons / year gasoline and diesel hydrogenation device for the corresponding upgrading,A single hydro-treating reactor was installed before the upgrading,and the FH-98 hydro-treating catalyst developed by FRIPP was packed in the reactor.In June 2015,a hydrocracking reactor was connected in series after the hydro-treating reactor,and the two reactors were respectively filled with Catalyst A Hydrogenation Catalyst and Catalyst B Hydrocracking Catalyst developed by the FRIPP to meet the requirements of the plant production to reconcile the country V emission standards for the needs of diesel products,and by-product is naphtha and sulfur dry gas.In July 2015,after the company overhaul renovation,the device was startup again.In this paper,the industrial tracking and calibration of the 900,000 ton / year gasoline and diesel hydrogenation plant was carried out,and the long-term operation of the catalyst was analyzed.The analysis showed that the application of catalyst A and catalyst B in gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit is successful.After the normal operation of the unit,the production of high-grade diesel products with diesel fuel and diesel cetane index is increased by 5-6 units in the ?# distillation and 1 million coking diesel mixed product.Production of gasoline products can be directly as feedstock of CCR,which reduced the ratio diesel and gasoline of Karamay Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The cetane index of-35 # low condensate diesel from line is up to 50,which will reconciled with 1.2 million hydrogenated modified kerosene to produce-35 # low condensate diesel.This will not only solve the company's diesel tank cetane low problem,but also greatly increased the production capacity of low condensate diesel for the company to create a better economic benefits.
