| Tubing hanger lands in the horizontal subsea tree, and its bottom hangs tubing and its top connects the Tree cap. It is a key component of the Subsea production system. So it is important to develop horizontal subsea tree tubing hanger which is fit for deep water in our country.Subsea tree system has many components and its control system is very complex. The paper studied fundamental structure and principle of horizontal subsea tree firstly . And then compared the mechanical structure of horizontal and vertical subsea tree, and analysed the principle of electro-hydraulic control system and All electric control system. Moreover, it also discussed down-pass process of the horizontal subsea tree, and made a comprehensive analysis about how marine environment load such as depth, sea breeze, wave and ocean current effected the down-pass process of horizontal subsea tree. Therefore, we deduced bending load equations of the horizontal subsea tree when it is located on wellhead.According to the function of horizontal subsea tree tubing hanger, design and operating standards of subsea production system and mechanical structure design method, we designed tubing hanger body, lock mandrel, sealing, lock blocks, inner anti-back off ring and crown plug. In addition, we completed the intensity calibration of tubing hanger body and lock mandrel. And then According to the working environment of crown plug, we designed test tools and performance test of crown plug.According to structure thermal theory and ANSYS, we analyzed the thermal stress of tubing hanger, crown plug and horizontal subsea tree body when they are influenced by crude oil temperature load. And we verified the range of thermal loading and axial load that sealing of the crown plug can support. It is proved that the radial force of heat and pressure is beneficial to the establishment of tubing hanger sealing.By the end of this paper, numerical simulation of the HT– MS sealing of tubing hanger was given by ANSYS, which discussed the change of sealing performance when over surplus quantity and friction coefficient change. And then it Put forward design conception of the Tin/Indium alloy to guide the research and development of new sealing assembly. |
