Tubing hanger is the key equipment of subsea X-mas tree system,whether it could work reliably or not concerns the deep sea oil produce process.In this paper,based on the requirements of subsea oil exploration,to design the tubing hanger system,try to make breakthrough of the key technology earlier,and realize the localization of subsea X-mas tree system.According to the API,and based on the comparison of the foreign company products,a research plan of the tubing hanger was proposed,the running and installation procedure of tubing hanger was displayed specifically.Finished the design of tubing hanger main body,locking structure,seal structure,electrical and fluid channel.Completed the main structure check and locking ring force analysis,then the concept design of the tubing hanger running tool was completed.SOLIDWORKS was applied for construction of the three-dimensional model of tubing hanger and its running tool.After finished that,chose the materials of the key structure,used finite element code ABAQUS to do strength analysis of main body landing shoulder,locking structure,circlip,running tool locking ring.Sealing technology is very important to subsea oil equipments,in this paper,much research about sealing technology and sealing performance had been done.First analyzed the foreign oil equipment company sealing technology,summarized its feature,and made comparison about different capability index.Then indicated that the new materials and new sealing structure will be the development direction under high temperature,high pressure and high corrosive environment.Studied the subsea tubing hanger seal structure,the mechanical and material model of the metal seals were established,the semicircle contact surface(Seal?)and slat contact surface(Seal?)were analyzed,used ABAQUS software to establish finite element model,by changing the amount of interference,working pressure,temperature,and elastic modulus of four variables to analyze the maximum Mises stress and the maximum contact stress of metal ring,and the distribution of the contact stress on the contact surface by different amount of interference,to evaluate the sealing performance under different working conditions.Also analyzed the Mises stress and contact stress of elastomer seal under different compression ratio,completed the performance analysis of seal structure.In the end,summarized all the contents,and indicated the next step of vertical tubing hanger research work.
