| The water environment management policies are major sewage draining exit concentration in China, total pollutant control did not received sufficient attention. To solve the problem of water pollution we must make manage unit is the control unit and control the total pollutants into the water environment. This paper was supported by GIS technology to discussion about the method of water pollution control unit and empirical study of Qing River. On the base of health assessment of water quality apply for equivalent pollution load method to identify main pollutants in Qing River(1)The map of Qing River Basin control unit preliminary division is overlay the map of Qing River Basin watershed on the map of Qing River Basin administration, using ArcMap software. Adjust the map of Qing River Basin control unit preliminary division at the base of the map of two degree water ecological function region. At last, Qing River basin was divided 17 control unit.(2)Collected 29 sampling points will measure sample water quality, water hygienic index and aquatic biological indicators. We used national standard to measure water quality. By pretreatment examination, concentration, counting steps, collected 29 samples of the algae quantitative analysis to calculate the density of the algae in the biological and DAA.(3)According to the measured indicators of principal component analysis and correlation analysis, the paper extracted health assessment of water quality index system. Using the improved methods grey relation-grade, the paper assessed Qing River 29 monitoring sections. At the base of health assessment of water quality, the paper used equivalent pollution load method to identify main pollutants. |
