Aiming at the low permeability and output oil well, the flexible continuous sucker rod bailing pumping unit is designed. The system is composed of above ground part and underground part. The above ground part is the flexible continuous sucker rod pumping unit which includes motor control device, transmission part, brake part, rolls, ropefolder, fixed pulley and wellhead equipment; Underground part contains oil tube, pump plunger, sinker bar, flexible sucker rod, upward position-limit sensors and pressure sensors of plunger. The roll, motor, wellhead seals, flexible continuous sucker rod, down-hole string, piston, rod and other components are designed in this thesis. The surface-mounted device is optimally designed by SOLIDWORKS and COSMOS finite element analysis software and force which the plunger sustained is analyzed in this thesis. The empirical formula of the pressure between the tubing and plunger is regressed through a large number of computational data when the submergence depth is different. The friction coefficient between plunger rubber and tubing wall is gained through laboratory experiments, which provides reference for the load analysis of system. The analysis of the motion and load condition for the flexible continuous sucker rod pumping system is researched in this paper. The movement (piston displacement, velocity) and force of the system is analyzed through one bailing process. Meanwhile, the recovery of oil well liquid level is also calculated and predicted. The system input power, the system output power and efficiency of the system formula are derived. System parameter optimal design method is analyzed in the definite time and constant pressure conditions and the corresponding design and calculating software is compiled. Comparing examples of the energy consumption and system efficiency between the conventional pumping unit - pump system and the flexible continuous sucker rod bailing pumping system are showed. The results indicate that, compared with the conventional pumping units - pump systems, the flexible continuous sucker rod pumping unit bailing system is more efficient and has lower power consumption for lifting per-unit fluid volume under the same oil well conditions. It is known the flexible continuous sucker rod bailing system has better energy efficiency.
