Performance Study And Preparation Of Water-Soluble Pearl Powder And Nacre Powder

The water-soluble pearl powder is a processed product of pearl, with absorption, and utilization of higher merit. The water-soluble nacre powder is a processed product of shellfish, has the same effect with water-soluble pearl powder. The thesis's research is how to product water-soluble pearl powder and nacre powder by acid hydrolysis, acid hydrolysis enzymes (enzymatic).Changing calcium carbonate of pearl powder into calcium lactate improves the pearl powder's value in use. This thesis has an acid of microwave and high pressure as the experimental methods preparation of products Comparing the microwave method (200W, 30min) and conventional water bath (3h), the thesis knows that the microwave method can reduce response time and facilitate the hydrolysis.The pearl powder has a higher content of calcium by microwave than the content by conventional water bath, and so is the concentration of amino acids. Therefore, the microwave method is superior to the method of the traditional water bath.The other method is to react in the high pressure reactor (120℃, 1 h), this thesis analyses high pressure size, material ratio, reaction time on product performance. This method shortens the reaction time, the optimum reaction time is 45 min, reduces by 3/4 than the conventional heating method (3h), the productivity is 90.9%.This thesis determinates the solubility of pearl powder and nacre pearl powder, and the solubility is 5.67 g/100ml at the room temperature.The products of pearl meet the Chinese National Standards, this thesis analyses the Infrared spectrum, FE-SEM, amino acid chromatography silica gel plate, and gets the research that the pearl powder and nacre powder have the similar contents that contain Ca, various of amino acids, a small amount of trace elements, the organic matter content was significantly higher than the nacre powder.The two methods shorten the reaction time to a large extent, and Increases the concentration of amino acids, and also improves the other trace elements, therefore, these two methods are worth promotion.
